Abuse of Authority by MAJOR (Now CHIEf) Garcia of the Airpor
We wanted to make our membership aware of an incident that occurred at the Airport District involving a police officer. We requested assistance from Major Eric Garcia to resolve this matter; instead, he punished the officer. PLEA will be publishing the names of any Command Staff members that abuse their authority.
